I will probably update my list of beliefs soon after I go through a round of reflections! Also do expect few more essays from me. - I merged newsletters for my private site https://podviaznikov.com/writings and https://antiantihuman.com/ - they both are written by me and honestly quite similar. What is my plan: - I will probably work on my own things(unless I find an opportunity where I’m fully aligned on many important things) for a year or so - let's see how it goes! - I plan to write way more things! - I also plan to make more videos on YT https://www.youtube.com/@ultra_think. Mostly about tech and AI and how I use it and my own apps. I also plan to finally give way more attention to my projects(some are small, but few more ambitious are coming soon): - https://tinydot.com/ - is a project that allows to publish blog or website from files in macOS Finder or iOS. I wanted something like that for 10 years now and all my sites are using it. - https://bloodywork.com/ - tiny service that parses all blood results(from different countries) and keep up them in unified format and shows trends. I’m getting older and need to do way more blood tests now and I’ve made it for myself to keep track of some markers - alto.index - unexpectedly my most successful app (in financial terms) that in real time exports your Apple Notes, iMessage, Calendar etc into markdown file so that you can connect with Claude Code or Claude Cowork. I’ve made it in few days, and it’s not impressive technologically but it works and people use it and pay for it! - capncap - I got tired of loom and making my own replacements. Probably shouldn’t have done it! But I’m mostly excited about 3 new projects I’m working on(nothing to see there yet): - https://sublimated.com/ - it’s basically a new filesystem with GIT, REST and MCP interface. I’m planning to use it as foundational piece for many of my other projects. - https://bigmission.com/ - it’s small business operating system for solo LLCs and indie developers. Connect Mercury, Stripe, App Store connect - all the data people have now, but have it all totter and actionable. I’m going to build it to use myself and do bookkeeping, accounting, unit economics calculations, analyzing how my apps are doing etc. Obviously it will be also agent friendly! - https://ultrathink.com/ - it’s a service to get data form Linear, Notion, Confluence, GDocs as markdown files. Ideally with bidirectional support. Make those older cloud services even more AI friendly. Let’s see what I can pull it off. I don’t have any crazy ambitious goals. Just try to build things I need personally in my work and I use all of those as a learning playground for Agentic product building.
